Introduction:

Human resource is the most important factor for successful functioning of National Health Mission (NHM). In National Health Mission (NHM), Human Resource manages the healthcare infrastructure of the state and develops the capacity of available human resources.

Objectives:-

• To provide appropriate skilled human resources (manpower) to achieve a competent health system.
• To provide technical and non-technical manpower

Recruitment Status:-

• • For the recruitment of various vacant posts under National Health Mission, Maharashtra, the appointment of super specialist, specialist, medical officer is done through interview (direct interview) and apart from these posts, the appointment of all other posts is done on merit basis.
